So i started this diet March 31 a little over 2 weeks ago. I started weighing 305.8 and now weigh 289.2! Amazing right. The first phase of this diet is once you get the drops you do 2 "loading days" where you eat as much fatty foods as you want. During those 2 days you take 0.5 ml under the tongue ( 5 minutes, swallow then wait 10 minutes to eat/drink) three times a day.
On the 3rd day you start phase 2 which is a 500 calorie diet.
Sample meal ( eaten twice a day):
-3oz Protien ( beef, chicken, but not pork)
-1 veggie (cabbage, spinach, cucumber, tomato, asperagus), no mixing veggies
- 1 fruit ( apple, tangelo, handful of strawberries)
2-3 melba toast
I eat as much of each as i want at meals of the veggies. And since you need to weigh your foods you will need a scale, and you will need a small george foreman grill to cook your meat.
Personally i don't care for the melba toast so i don't eat it.
This diet is called HCG(human chorionic gonadotropin or human chorionic gonadotrophin). It is a hormone produced during a womans pregnancy. This diet comes from a doctor named Albert Simeons. He believed that if you were overweight and took HCG ( i am doing the drop form, differs from injection form)while on a literal 500 calorie diet you would loose fat and not muscle. It works as long as you follow it.
